Who can attend TNU?
Any students in grades 6–12 may attend our weekly Wednesday night youth group.
Wednesday Nights 7:00pm-8:30pm
Whether a student is far from God or passionately seeking Him, our prayer is that TNU would be a place that inspires life. We encourage students to come early and hang out at 6:30pm before the worship service. As with all FLC worship experiences, we include passionate music, practical teaching and creative expression through arts and media.
Students can connect in small groups (J groups) where they feel safe to ask questions and reveal their true self. Adult leaders facilitate this time of discussion and prayer. Every teen should have a trusted adult who listens and encourages and supports the role of parents. This is our hope for ALL our students is that they would make their way into a small group that facilitates true life change and accountability.
Sunday Mornings 10:30am-12:00pm
5th-8th grade (TNU Middles)
Sunday mornings are a critical time for our middle students to learn more about their spirituality and connect with other students. This is group of middle aged students who need permission to act as they are and still hear from educated and God loving teachers. This time is made for this age group where they get to play games, hear stories, and learn practical applications to life, through scripture. Our mission is to give 5th-8th grade students an experience with God each Sunday while allowing them to learn and have fun at their own pace.
Faith Legacy is a unique Church with a diverse preaching team and worship teams and because of this Sunday mornings you’ll usually find our High School students in with our main service, with Adults. As most congregate to the left of the room our H.S. students also tend to serve in many areas through out the church on Sundays. Weather it be with Legacy Kids or serving coffee out in the Coffee Cup; Our hope for this age group is that they become equipped to thrive as men and women of God.
Your greatest impact on your student at this age is your ongoing love and support for them expressed through prayer and personal connection. These years play a vital role in transitioning to independence and adulthood.
