At FLC we are excited to offer a variety of opportunities, in addition to gathering on Sundays, for you to grow deeper in your faith: from Small Groups and Bible Studies to classes and one-on-one mentoring opportunities. Our heart is that you would seek community, find belonging, and grow together as beloved followers of Jesus.

The early church had a saying: unus Christianus, nullus Christianus (a lone Christian, is no Christian). Though this may sound harsh, the life-giving truth of this statement is:  community is at the very heart of our faith. Even the word “Church” comes from the Greek word ekklesia, which means a gathering or assembly. The church is the people of God gathering together. We were not meant to walk alone.

Groups

Classes

We see classes as a great way to connect with others and challenge ourselves.  Our classes are offered at different times throughout the year and have a range of topics, from biblical to parenting to finances. We are always trying to create avenues to come alongside each person and create an avenue for growth. Be on the lookout for a class that might interest you!

Mentorship

We believe that some of the best growth a person can see is when they are invested in by a mentor.  Someone who can go to coffee or a meal frequently and talk about life and challenge you. If you’re looking for some one-on-one mentoring please feel free to sign up here.
