From its beginning in January of 1996 until now, VCC has been a mission church outreach serving seniors living in a local, gated retirement community. It is a bright lighthouse for Christ among a fairly large elderly population, providing residents of various denominations a place for corporate worship and nurture in Scripture.

We work alongside regional managers of Starbucks to provide facilities for their training and orientations.

Whitney Elementary is right down the road from us and we partner with them to provide resources and support to our community in need.

We have two AA groups that meet on campus here. A Way Out - a women’s AA meeting on Thursdays from 7:00-8:15pm in classroom 9 and River City’s Speaker’s meetings that will meet every Friday 7:00-8:15pm beginning November 10th, 2023.
